I'm assuming it's launching with Chunithm Piano and Ongeki Voltex? DDR Arrow and IIDX Turntable are gonna have a hard time competing against that...

yeah, ops can install from usb whenever they want, but it'll remain offline up until launch day. Its an uncommon sight for this to happen, as most i've usually seen is one or two days early
