I'm new to arcades and this website in general, so sorry for my limited knowledge!!! 
I just added this arcade https://zenius-i-vanisher.com/v5.2/arcade.php?id=9609#summary to this website, and I was wondering, the next time I go there... How exactly do I add every cabinet? Do I ask the owner for some kind of list??
Not really sure, and I don't also wanna look like a creep lurking around the cabinets and writing the serial numbers down
To make it worse my friends told me to avoid the area around the arcade completely, since there are a lot of douches around that town
I'm afraid the owner's gonna think I work with the police or something, what if his arcade had illegal cabinets???
Please how do I do this?? Any help is appreciated

There's no need to write down serial numbers - you can add games to the arcade listing with just their names. If you don't want to ask the owner (completely understandable!), you could always take pictures or write the game names down in your phone the next time you go.
