I'm looking for someone to get/rip the StepManiaX voices to convert into annoucer for every StepMania/Outfox, I can't find them everywhere

Nobody has ripped the voicelines of the announcer. It may also be quite hard, as SMX runs via a modified Stepmania on Android, and it is hard to get your hands such thing. The only thing I could think that could work is seeing anyone who owns an SMX could possibly give you permission to potentially rip the voice lines.

In general the community is not ripping or duping the content in StepManiaX as a respect to the developers.
Thats part of the reason why its not available.
You could attempt to contact the developers of StepManiaX, as TheEggoBoi states, and see if they are amenable.
