So, to be clear about the EU version of DDR A20 Plus...
It can't be connected to the Internet.
You can't use e-amuse, which means...
No 20th anniversary songs
No Bitter Chocolate Striker!!??!!
No Max 2 Oni specials
No X-Specials
Am I correct or just confused?
Am I missing anything else?

Any songs locked behind e-amuse (X-Specials, GROOVE RADAR Specials and other challenge only songs) can't be played, you can't use certain play options such as extra speed mods (1.25x, 1.75x etc), Mirror and Sudden+, and you're locked on the default noteskin too.

Bitter Chocolate Striker is an Extra Saviour unlock on A20 PLUS, so there'd be no way to get it without an eamusement connection. And yeah, the 20th anniversary songs were still gold cab exclusive until just last week in A3.

I kinda knew about those things and that already made me mad a long time ago but... even the DEFAULT noteskin ?You can't play with note ?

That's right
a lot of basic modifiers are locked behind e-amusement or Event Mode.
