Are the charts posted in the ITG categories official?

The last couple weekends, I played on an actual ITG2 machine. I noticed that some of the charts were somewhat different from the ones posted here. I finally got around to verifying it, and the hard chart posted here for "Tribal Style" in the ITG 2 (managed by pikminiman) category is very different from the one on itgfreak .(chart here)

So, have there been multiple official charts for some songs, or were the ITG categories here never meant to be for the official charts?

I know Tribal Style was in ITG1 home version, than was in ITG2. Maybe they changed the steps.

The ones here are official. I verified all of the charts (that I downloaded ) are official, even the crazy doubles ITG charts.

Tribal Style might be the exception. Try and find a video of TS in ITG and see if that chart matches the one here.

I'm sure the Tribal Style medium and hard charts are different. That's why I posted the link to the chart at rhythmatic.net. I'd make my own video, but it's just too much of a bother. How did you verify the ones you downloaded?

I looked at the videos on YouTube of course.

I checked the videos for the steps on the screen, color of the notes, and the sound of them being stepped. If the first part of the song looks correct, then the rest should be fine as well. I do watch all of the video as I pick ones where the person AA's (or tri-stars) the song.

I have all of the 12 and 13 footers (and Charlene) from ITG and ITG2 and they are correct. It's kinda difficult to verify the easier charts as there are less videos of them but if the expert and hard charts are correct, there shouldn't be any reason that the others aren't correct as well.

Hell, the only medium chart I verified was Pandemonium (and it was correct).

Hm, I guess I'll talk to the other locals about it.
The other notable difference was Robotix expert, where I had to hold 2 rolls through the speed section, rather than the 2 freezes the chart up here has.

The charts were probably uploaded by someone who uses 3.9, which doesn't have rolls.

Did anyone else notice this?

All the DAX and Anet songs are gone. I mean, I know they lost the liscence for them, but I thought that was after the release of ITG PC.

Also, I just want to point out this strange anomaly. The remix of "Don't Promise Me" by Reflection Theory, "Don't Promise Me ~Happiness Comes~" is just "Happiness Comes", like it's a totally different song. It took me a good while to find it because I was looking for it in the D's and I randomly saw it in the H's.

Just found that odd.

He probably uploaded all the data taken from ITGPC, which had some modified charts and re-ratings. Also, Dax and Anet were not going to be in ITG3, so Roxor did not include them in ITGPC.

I thought Summer ~Speedy Mix~ was drop to a 12 footer, and Bloodrush dropped to a 11. I think they changed Bloodrush back do to a 12 due to a lot of complaints.

I noticed those songs when I went to the arcade on Saturday. Listened to a bit of the sample, and didn't feel like playing them.

Now I understand why the charts are different, since the stuff here came from the PC (Politically Correct?) version.
