I've downloaded and tried the bone and helper files from several different sources. I've tried renaming the DancePad-DDR.txt to DancePad.txt, as well as doing the same naming swap with DancePads-DDR.txt. I've closed and reopened the program several times. I've tried installing characters as smzip, as well as manually installing them into the folder.
I've copied each folder with the character files inside into the Characters folder, but Stepmania won't recognize any of them. Can someone help me figure out what I'm doing wrong here?
Edit: Never mind. For some reason, the SuperNova 3 theme doesn't want to show characters - not quite sure why, but switching to 5th Mix fixed the issue.
