I decided to make this forum for anyone encountering any glitches, as well as for anyone who has solutions for any glitches. I'm surprised no one else did a forum on this, and if someone did, sue me.
Here's a glitch I always encounter: Once the game has been on for long enough, I think a day, day and a half, the arrows start having a seizure. (no, I don't play for a day and a half straight, I'm always putting my laptop in standby without closing any programs.)
Anyway, when that happens, the game is unplayable, and I have to close and restart SM. Is there a way to fix it, or is this glitch inevitable?

Solution: Restart the game after a while. Or if you're running it in a cabinet, implement the attract watchdog patch to automatically restart the game after a while.

If you are using SM5.1 b2, there was already a fix that doesn't require restarting itself.

Try to edit this in your Prefrences.ini:
RageSoundSampleCountClamp=134217728
If this is not working for you, you need to find your own value based from your setup via log.txt

If u mean without coding and with workarounds, yes. Quite a bit.
But without coding knowledge, the only thing I can keep doing is bring attention to issues, yeah?

You could learn to code and then fix the issue. It would take years, but it would work.

An annoying glitch for me is that if you use pay mode , set 1 credit per player, but you use profiles, stepmania just ignore that setting and 2 players can join with 1 credit if profiles are enabled
