Hello Zenius-I-Vanisher users,
I have plans to download the new Pop'n Music Lively game that Konami Amusement fully released it yesterday out of beta, but now just like Beatmania IIDX Infinitas 2020 re-release, it now requires a basic monthly subscription that costs 6,128 yen (equivalent to $15 USD), but my question is that can Japanese yen be added to a US credit card (e.g. Visa US) and have the card convert the yen cash to the USD equivalent? Also can a US card can be linked to a foreign Konami ID and not be blocked due to currency laws?

No you can't. It's a US credit card. If you want to do this you need a Japanese credit card.
Also a US Card cannot be linked to a foreign Konami ID. And yes, it will block it. Only Japan residents only.

None of this is true.

Even though this is yet another 2 year old thread once again bumped by the guy , if anyone does read this and is actually curious there's nothing stopping you using a non japanese card now to pay for e-amuse/paseli stuff. I did it with Infinitas for a while.
