Can't open Stepmania 5.0.12...

Ok, before starting, I looked for all possible forums here in order to find a solution for my problem. Since all answers did not worked, I ask you for a solution of this. Also, I am sorry if this question is not in the correct forum.

I got a new PC:

Notebook HP
AMD A6-7310 APU with AMD Radeon R4 Graphics 2.00 GHz.
8 GB Ram
Windows 10 Home, x64 bits

The first thing I did was to install my favourite game, Stepmania 5.0.12, and also I transfered all info for my previous notebook in the new one (songs, themes, noteskins, etc).

When I thought that it was all ready, I tried to open Stepmania but it shows a message error that says swscale-2.dll is missing in the folder... but actually IS in the folder. I tried to download again the *.dll again (with my doubts) and put it in the folder, but still can't run it... Please I need some help!! Probably there is one step that I am missing. I don't know if the redistributables or DirectX's will work, and there are many versions of them, and I don't know which one will work.

Did you put it in the Program folder? (...\Stepmania 5\Program)
It must be there for it to work.

I don´t think it is a DirectX runtime error, it could be possibly a C++ Runtime error, check that you have both installed, here are the links:
