Best and Worst IIDX Controllers...

I'd rank the controllers like this from worst to best performance wise.

USKOC (curved keys SUCK)
JPKOC (mod it well and it'll serve well)
DJ DAO (shitty turntable pcb makes me think so much less of these controllers)
KASC
DASC (the good early ones. not the ones that steve half asses now)

It really depends if you want the KOC dimensions of a controller or you want to make the game harder by playing on an ASC controller.

Ideally, you could replace the plastic keys of a KASC or KOC and replace them with sanwas with microswitches and keep the turntable pcb for a better arcade experience.

You cannot put the new Dao controllers below anything, they are number 1. The turntable problems have all been fixed. The KASC and DASC can't compare to a Dao. It really is the king of IIDX controllers.

I agree. I can't wait to get my Real Edition Single.
