This makes it sound like he/she wanted other Youtube videos for DDR Disney Channel Edition. It didn't sound like he/she wanted the Background Videos to be ripped from game.

No, the implication that he wanted the videos ripped was pretty clear. If I'm able to pick up on that, there's no excuse.

Anyway, to answer the question, not yet. It appears they may have been encoded the same way that SuperNOVA 1 was, which for now has not been converted for use with SM codecs. Then again, with SM5's increased video capabilities, maybe someone should check if those previously unusable videos may work now.

Well, all DDR DCE simfiles here at Z-i-V have their respective BG videos in .avi format. I think the game uses regular MPEG-2 videos, pretty much like SuperNOVA2 CS onwards.

Oh right, I forgot that. In that case, it's probably that whoever did the job didn't apply to the old songs, so maybe asking around will help. I know we have a similar problem with X3 where all of the 2ndMIX mode songs got videos, but only the ones that weren't in X2 actually got them added to the simfiles.

I knew a way to rip MPEG-2 videos from DDR games with a program called mpgrape (specially made), but it saved videos in a specific folder and I was using WinXP at that time. Since folder structure is different in Win7, I can't get the program to work anymore.
