Who knows the best device or whatever for capturing TV or PS2?
If you're recommending a TV Capture Card, can you make sure that it will work with the PS2?
I'm thinking about making DDR videos from my console, but I can't find anything that doesn't have to hook up to a computer AS WELL AS the TV. I'm more looking for something that will hook up to the TV, capture stuff, THEN go and hook it up to the computer and get the video on there.

Good luck with that. Most capture cards are hooked up to both in order to record stuff.
I use my TV tuner to capture stuff from my ps2. I had to get a couple extra cables (video out cable, RCA to stereo Y splitter cable), but now everything works fine. The tuner (ViXS Pure TV) came with the computer, but I'm sure you can find a cheap one on newegg or something and it'll work just the same.
Yeah, it requires a little bit of work and extra money, but there's not much else you can do.

That sucks. Eh, I'll look at tuners and Newegg. Thanks.
The only way I thought of to be able to use my desktop computer with these is to move it to my TV area, then bring it back to the computer room and use it then. But that would require a lot of work and it's probably not worth it.

I say a DVD recorder works well. Just hook the PS2 up to it and record, then rip the disc on the computer when you're ready to edit and upload.
