Still waiting for them to add DRS Gym 2 to US cabs. And DRS Gym 1 for that matter.

US cabinets are Japanese-region software...The event happened.

Apparently there is a cab (JP region) at a DnB location, and for some reason, this cab stopped getting updates around the time of the Ichika event.

One DnB has a location test cab. Version date is 10/17/2019 and all gym songs are locked, and premium mode is not available on any US cab. So no, the event has not happened.

Considering, it's you know, a test cabinet, you're ignoring the fact that there are many other cabinets in the US outside of this single test cabinet that have the event happening. Your personal experience doesn't mean it's the same for all others.

But go off.

Premium mode is disabled in all US locations because of recording laws here. That was widely announced when R1 got the game.

Not sure why you're arguing about this when I'm literally just saying "hey I'd like to play these songs everyone else has" but go off I guess.

Edit: DRS Gym is only unplayable for the loc. test. I get that, that's why they were two separate statements. To clarify, I would like the gym songs for the location test, and also I would like them to give all cabs premium.

Premium has nothing to do with the GYM 1/2 event. Sure, it advances the clock faster, but the event isn't hinged on having Premium mode enabled.

I'm not arguing. I'm trying to tell you that the event is happening and Premium Mode has zero to do with it happening or not. Just because your cabinet, which happens to be a test cabinet, isn't updating, doesn't mean it isn't happening for the rest of us.

I'd sort of figure that there would be at least some news of a new version of DR around this time? Looking back on BEMANI, even with new franchises, installments are usually on a yearly basis. It's been 2 years since DRS's initial release, and we don't have any news on a sequel. I mean, Nostalgia has 3 installments so far (4 if you want to count Forte), and it only released a year before DRS.
(Granted, development and deployment has probably stalled out due to the current... situation.)

Well here it is, EGOISM 110 audio.

Song is virtually unchanged apart from the percussion, that and they just spammed airhorn and almost reggae-sounding vocal samples on top hahaha. Hilarious. Excited to see the charts!

I'm actually crying laughing at how awful it is. It's legendary.
