I would love to have the ddr X announcer line" AAAAAH! A CHALLENGER!!! "only for challenge charts,and not mixed with all the files within hard folder.

Not possible unless you get rid of the "select music comment" folders in the announcer or rename them, since it would conflict.
But after that you can check current steps & current difficulty using GAMESTATE and use SOUNDlayAnnouncer() to play whatever announcer folder you want. You probably want to do this in the OffCommand so it will play when selected.

You need to map your "start" code via theme metric first to be used for CodeMessage to prevent those hard-coded comments from playing. Don't forget to Broadcast to nextscreen afterwards.
