I've seen people make their own custom cdtitles in the ZIV Summer Contests so I was wondering how can I make my own?

You need a decent graphic design program such as GIMP, FireAlpaca or Photoshop. It's basically simple to just put your name as a cdtitle but if you want to get fancy and include a logo or effect, that works too.
You can name the image whatever you want as long as it matches the name (file extension included) you put in the #CDTITLE notation on the sm/ssc file of the song. The universally accepted filename would just be "cdtitle.png" if you don't want to mess with that.
