You’re kind of missing some key verbs in there, so I don’t quite know what you want. You want someone to make simfiles? Help you learn how to make simfiles? Help you add simfiles to your SM installation? You’ll need to clarify before anyone pitches in.

Are you requesting how to get your own simfile category to upload simfiles to? All you have to do is drop al2k4 a PM with your category name and you'll be able to upload.

I don't think there's a way to see every user simfile at once but here is a repository of every user simfile category on the site.
