You only need two images, one for each half of the door.
The animation needs an ini file.
The BGAnimation.ini would read something like this:
[Layer1]
File=../door1.png
Type=0
OnCommand=x,-200;y,240;linear,0.4;x,169;linear,0.1;addx,-20;linear,0.1;addx,20;
[Layer2]
File=../door2.png
Type=0
OnCommand=x,600;y,240;linear,0.4;x,471;linear,0.1;addx,20;linear,0.1;addx,-20;
where door1 is the left side of the door, door2 is the right side of the door.
The addx simulates the "effect of rebound" as the doors shut.

Maybe you should simulate up and down rebound hard.

Do what I just said but change "addx" to "addy".
You're adding
linear,0.1;addy,20;linear,0.1;addy,-20;
to the OnCommand for the big door's BGAnimation.ini (found in BGAnimations/Folder)
If you want more shaking, feel free to copy it more times, and change numbers until you feel it looks good.
EDIT: If you want to animate the five pieces of door, you need to use a BGAnimation.ini.
Use "diffusealpha,0" (invisible) and "diffusealpha,1" (visible) to choose what appears when.
Make sure each part is on a different layer index.
example:
[Layer1]
File=door1.png
Type=0
OnCommand=diffusealpha,0;sleep,0.2;diffusealpha,1;x,-200;y,240;linear,0.4;x,169;linear,0.1;addy,-20;linear,0.1;addy,20;
You're adding
linear,0.1;addy,20;linear,0.1;addy,-20;
to the OnCommand for the big door's BGAnimation.ini (found in BGAnimations/Folder)
