I'm new to the website, and a little unclear on what's allowed on the arcade map. If a location isn't an arcade, but has arcade cabinets available for public use (i.e. at a dentists office, in a gas station) are these locations allowed to be put on the map?

What about conventions? Two years ago I went to Tekko (which is always held in the local convention center) which partners with Tokyo Attack and I got to try out taiko, jubeat, IIDX, and maimai

Yeah, you don't want to add places that are as temporary as a convention. Users using the arcade database want to find something that is actually there when they search for games and locations, and not get misled by things that have been long taken down.
