No.
None of them do.
Though you could always try K-Shootmania (the Stepmania of SDVX) if you want the SDVX experience offline

k-shoot mania is probably your best option. it's an SDVX simulator.
as for the "real" thing, no. none of the games (BOOTH, infinite infection or gravity wars) work offline. they require network connection with e-amuse the second they boot up.

1. are there still any pc servers up?
2.Is there any online servers for kshoot? I like it, but for pc strict games i prefer online :/

SDVX is almost a pretty much single player game anyways. I don't see the point of you wanting it to be online unless you are that competitive and want to be first place every single time.

It's single player, but on the arcade version you are able to match up with 3 other people and play against each other.

Yes understandable, but you do have the option to skip (which I predominately use. Unsure about most other people)

Only way is to get ealocalserver, but the only link (on sows) seems to be down, plus there's not much you can do offline since you require a network to actually unlock things.

No. No SDVX arcades operate w/o internet conection. If turn on w/o conection, the arcade is crash.
