i cant get any of my dance pads working on pc

ok so i got this ps2 to pc adapter and this gamecube to pc/wii u/switch adapter back a few years back and when i tried my ps2 doubles pad i used to use before covid

i tried the pads and the adapter was dead on arrival
(its that cursed translucent blue one that you can still get on ebay)

so then i tried some wii pads on my gamecube controller adapter (its model number is HS-WU025 and i got it on amazon in 2023)

gamecube controllers work fine on it (i use gamecube controllers as my main driver on pc for 3D games and an american style fightstick i built for 2D games)

but when i plug my wii ddr pads into the wii to pc/wii u adapter the dance pads still dont work (and yet my gamecube controller works fine ) i even tried it on my thinkpad from 2012 and it still wouldn't work

ive been trying to get this setup for sometime, (i've been trying to use the wii pads with outfox and simply love)

and i want to get back into ddr/itg because ive been getting fat over time due to the stress from covid and then the stress from my mom ending up in the hospital during what i would call black july

i used to be pro at ddr before covid, getting to the point where i would b rank doubles on 6 foot difficulty on both itg 2 and ddr supernova 1 and 2

but now my limit is back to c ranking 4 foot on singles
and that was on ddrmax2 usa version

i have become what to playing ddr like what bam margera when it comes to skateboarding

and pc is the only platform that has ddr and probably for the foreseeable future
(with the vibes i get with the switch 2 and its more masculine apperance and shit like that)

Open the control panel -> find devices -> and delete the device of the adapter.
Then update so the drivers could be reinstalled.
