on the subject of mics, just because i havent been able to try it out yet, how do you get harmonies, vocals, AND all 4 instruments at once? theres only 4 spots on the results screen, but i've seen video of 7 people playing RB3 at once (guitar, bass, drums, keys, vox, and harmonies) and dont get the whole set up.

also related to Tyma's question (sort of), can you do harmonies with one singer? i mean, have a singer plus ONE person on harmonies? i only have two mics (a PS3 RB2 mic and a 360 RB2 mic, but they're interchangeable) so would i be able to have harmonies going at a party?

In order to play with all 5 parts, you need to activate All Instruments Mode in the options menu. This will enable all 4 instruments to play, and it'll power off the the controller for vocals/harmonies. The vocals/harmonies are then karaoke style with all the available mics that are plugged in. And sadly in this mode, vocals do not contribute anything to the band score. This is why vocals/harmonies do not appear on the results screen.

You most certainly can do Harmonies by yourself. You just have to get at an Awesome on at least one of the parts in any given phrase (example: You have the blue, red, and yellow part all in one particular phrase. You only have to fill up the meter for one of these parts. Getting a Double or Triple Awesome is a bonus and will give you extra points)

I agree that We Will Rock You and We Are the Champions are boring on drums, but We Are the Champions is actually pretty tough on keyboard. I would recommend picking up that song if you're really into the keyboard


You can't play a battle to get this goal, you have to play one of the setlists in the folder below the battles and the author has to be Harmonix in order to complete the goal

Setlists should automatically show up in the Setlists tab on top of the song selection menu. They will show up when Harmonix puts up a new one or whenever one of your friends creates one and shares it.

You should see four by me. My setlists will be located under the Harmonix setlists, and your own setlists will appear above the harmonix setlists.

Yeah, those scores were just to put scores in. I have scores for all RB1 songs and some RB2 songs. I'm going by series and in increasing difficulty. I've been doing that to see which songs I could beat you at. :)

I'm still ranked number one on Under Pressure Guitar and Under Pressure (RB3 version) guitar. :)

Also I have to say that I just got the Bleeding Fingers achievement. And I only had to resort to Hard diff. once. Nice. Now going through 5*ing everything on Expert, got 20 left. I have Llama done, oddly enough. Currently struggling on Been Caught Stealing and Beast And THe Harlot. Doing both on Bass. Also I heard Caught In A Mosh is doable on Vocals even if you're shit at singing.

You can add We Got The Beat (cover in HP2), Walking on Sunshine (in Lego Rock Band and covered in HP2), Pork and Beans, Hungry Like The Wolf, and Feel Good Inc. (last three in HP3).

I like to see how many songs I can AAA in DDR and 100% in Rock Band.

I can't download Fantasma, and I don't know if I can live another minute without it in my life :{

I know I'll never find local players that play on Expert Vocals so I find this video useful for getting that "fantasy" achievement. It won't work on Hard or Expert so there's no potential harm for the leaderboards.
