Recently, I got both of them. I used them a while. They have both pros and cons.
D-Force Deluxe USB Dance Pad

Pros:
- A few good foam dance pad that is still selling now.
- Thick(a inch) and solid(but not so hard) foam.
- Not so noisy because of foam.
- Thick sensor so I can recognize what arrow I pressed.
Cons:
- PC only. Can't use it in any consoles.
Konami DDR Deluxe Controller (I got the used one, not new. but working well)

Pros:
- For Playstation 1/2, so I can play them plenty of PlayStation DDRs. Of course if I use PSX to PC adapter, (I'm using Dual USB MP-8866) it's also usable in StepMania in PC.
- There are 'plastic's in the arrow so I can recognize the pressed arrow.
Cons:
- Thin and less solid foam than D-Force's.
- A bit noisy compared to D-Force's(I think because of the 'plastic')
- Discontinued, so it's too hard to get new one.
Of course, When I play hard songs like MAX 300 Expert, both are slippery but they are 'soft mat' so I can't help them.
Both are much better than 'cheap' non-brand foam dance mats like this -

I don't know 'Ignition' pads that made by RedOctane and FutureMax. Both were discontinued so I can't get them. Are they better than them?
Is it possible to play 'hard' songs like Pluto Relinquish Challenge, Mei Challenge using these soft foam mats?

I saw you made a post a week ago asking what is the best soft pad. Personally, I think soft pads aren't worth the money because they slip, no good sensors, and break easily (from my experience). Also, this is coming from play 14-17's.
Darkanine recommended the Omega GX pad. I own a heavily modded GX and it probably the best home pad you can get on the DDR market atm. The only problem is I don't know if he ships to Korea; if he does, it'll probably be really expensive. Also, the pad is 300-350, which is much more than a soft pad. However, it'll last longer, has better sensors, and most bugs that arise can be fixed.
If you're living in Korea, you should try hitting an arcade that has the new 2013 white cabinets. I know there are quite a few there.

Of course, I also play arcade latest version of DDR, but there is not available some older songs like dancemania songs, end of the century, luv to me and so on... They need to play PlayStation version in home.
