Hi guys, I've discovered that using d3d render makes my stepmania works very smooth and fast with any theme, but after play some songs, my stepmania crashes and shows this;
Crash reason: Unhandled Microsoft C++ Exception
Is there a way to fix that? I have the lastest packs of c++ installed.

Reinstall all visual studio redistributable packages.

I've done that before, and still crashing, but only if I use d3d render and "keep textures in memory" option.
1- If I use d3d and not keeping texture works fine, but the loading times are long.
2- If I use opengl and "keep texture in memory" there is no crashes, but this render makes my stepmania runs laggy with fps drops.

"Unhandled Microsoft C++ Exception" is pretty much just the Windows equivalent of "access violation" and just an indication that the game crashed. If the game doesn't work on D3D specifically your video card probably needs better drivers.
If you have a Debug or RelWithDebug exe you can find the actual reason, but you'd either need to compile it yourself or run a nightly build.
