ICS 3 - Stepmania Keyboard tournament

ICS is a Stepmania tournament like the ECS(East Coast Stamina) ITG tournaments but for keyboard play. There will be a pack of songs for each division listed below that contains mostly stamina (stream) and speed files. Packs consist of mainly preexisting ITG charts from other packs, a few new charts for the tournament, and index files.
In the tournament, you try to pass the hardest songs. For each submitted score the difficulty and score will be factored into a formula and given a value. A player's best 3 scores will count.

Divisions A and B will run Aug 16-Aug 30
Divisions C and D will run Aug 30-Sept 13

Divisions
A - Files range from ITG 4 (DDR 6) up to ITG 12 (DDR 17). Files with streams can be up to about 160 BPM.
B - Files range from ITG 13 (DDR 18) up to ITG 18. Streams can range from 130 to about 210 BPM.
C - Files range from ITG 19-25. Streams range from 200-260 BPM.
D - Files are ITG 24+. 250+ streams.

Rules:
You can use SM5, Etterna, openITG, or notITG.
You must use Judge 4 and Life 4.
Keyboard scores only
Rate mods 1.0-1.4 allowed
Any speed mods allowed
Score must be above 70%
Only passes count
You may use any keyboard style
Decents and Way Offs must be turned on.
