Misrated songs

So, that's what I'm doing here. There's one for easiest and hardest songs by rating, but not one that's solely for misrated songs. If you think a song is misrated, explain it here.

Maxx Unlimited 16 -> 15. It was fine the way it was...
Valkyrie dimension 19 -> 20. Yeah, the gap between the 18's and this is just too big.
FELM and 888 18 -> 19. If VD got changed to a 20...

Nephilim Delta 15 -> 14 - Unless 888 Singles gets changed to a 15, it should not be labeled as harder.
Paranoia Survivor Max 16 -> 17 - I've always imagined this as being heaps harder than say, Trim or FELM
Jupiter: Bringer of Jollity SP: 11 -> 10, DP: 12 -> 10 - I love the song, but it is NOT a hard 8 on the old scale.
Sakura Sunrise 15 -> 14 - It was a perfectly acceptable 14, why it's a 15 now, I'll never know.

I personally think the 18s should stay the same, VD Oni is probably gonna wind up being way high up on the scale of 19s, but just barely enough to not be a 20. The only 18 I can see being a 19 is Mei , maybe Anti-Matter or Possession singles

FLOWER 17- >16 (Well, that's what everyone thinks) (Just like Nephilim Delta)
Xepher 15 - > 16 (To be honest, the chart does not go well for a 15.)

Oh yeah, CSFILSM 12 -> 13 (This has been bugging me since DDR X came out, and this goes for both singles and doubles)

Actually, that is how those charts are rated now, according to BEMANIwiki. Sakura Sunrise was only a 15 on the location test, and Shine got all of its ratings increased except its chart.

umm, Settin' the Scene from HP2, i think its either a 5 or 6 (Old Foot Rating Scale) (Not quite sure what that is on the New Scale), but it should be a 7 or 8 (on the old scale)

Now for my own (all SP):

I/O Expert should be a 12.
smooooch Expert should be a 13. (That damn freeze arrow part 2/3 of the way through the song!)
888 Challenge should be a 19.
MAKE IT BETTER Expert should be an 11.
