It's still 3rd Mix, actually. I just used the Paint Mode feature that was included there. I replicated the Solo noteskin on the 32x32 pixel canvas, and what's good about that feature is that it allows you to completely hide any arrows, so I used that to my advantage to completely hide the P1-Left and P2-Right Arrows. That's why there were only six arrows in that screenshot I shared; I cropped out the left and rightmost arrows which were absent.
I actually did something like this almost a year ago.

Wow that’s actually a really creative way of getting that mode to work, I’m surprised. The bug in question I think also applies with any other stretch jumps too, like a p1 left and p2 down.

- Something that maybe is common knowledge but was mentioned elsewhere recently... in DS EuroMix 1, PARANOiA KCET ~clean mix~ has a completely different Doubles Expert chart unique to that game. And it's real garbage.
- I added this info to Remywiki some time ago... in the first Ultramix game, there's some songs that have extra stepcharts in the game's data. Being Konami, it wouldn't surprise me that they're leftovers that they forgot to remove.

One of my favorite DDR songs of all time, 5.1.1. has two backgrounds, and KONAMI could not decide which one they wanted to stick with.
This is the original from 2nd Mix CLUB VERSiON 1:
(credit to tikal)
...and this is a new version that first appeared in EXTREME:
Now, obviously all versions of CLUB ver. use the first one, as does DDRMAX CS US (since it is two months older than EXTREME AC):
...then EXTREME obviously uses the new one, as does Party Collection (one year after EXTREME):
...but then however, KONAMI must have forgotten that they made this new version of the background, as in FESTIVAL (one year after Party Collection) it goes back to the original for no reason:

Wow, the inconsistency between all the versions of DDR that had 5.1.1. in it. EXTREME and Party Collection use the new background but FESTIVAL reverts to the old one used in the club versions and DDRMAX US.

Electro Tuned also had the same situation in Festival
They introduced its proper banner as well as the blueish background in MAX US
Then Extreme changed the graphics to the red ones
But for some reason, Festival changed both back to their MAX versions
And as we all know, its jacket is based on the Extreme graphics so this one was very inconsistent back then as well

festival's songlist was essentially based on what appeared in US CS mixes and that even extended to the graphics somewhat, so said songs (5.1.1 and Electro Tuned) used their old graphics since those were used in the US CS mix they were in and only in

You Leave Me Alone is a DDRMAX2 reject.
Such a conclusion was reached after analysing the masterlist of DDRMAX CS US, and identifying a second entry for that song among the DDRMAX2 licenses, and taking in consideration that both it and BABY LOVE ME have connections with S.A.I.F.A.M, an eurobeat/eurodance publisher.
On another note, NEMESIS is not in the DDRMAX CS US demo. Looking through the files reveals no trace of the song.

In DDR SuperNOVA2 and DDR A's scoring system, it's theoretically possible to get a non-AAA PFC by having more than 1000 Perfects (for charts and courses with a stepcount more than 1000, of course).

Ace of Aces has two BGA's..
One for Encore and one for Non-Encore.
The only difference is that the Encore one has Credits playing through out the song while the normal non encore video doesnt.

I just noticed that the background image for Xanadu (both beta and final version) used a picture of Naimee Coleman, then heavily customized it... Similar to what they did with Afronova and Reese Witherspoon

In Oha-Sta DDR, the foot ratings have different names. According to the video below, 7-footers are called "Master". Also the foot rating indicators are "shoed" footprints, as opposed to the bare feet that the mainline mixes usually have before SN2 turned them into simple blocks.
----------------
Also re-iterating that the Groove Radar was introduced to European Mixes with Dancing Stage Max (PAL version of Extreme 2) for the PS2. Megamix traded Euromix 2's mod display section with at-a-glance foot ratings, Fever did the same thing with a re-skin, and Fusion used a re-colored version of Extreme USA's song selection screen, which did not have a groove radar. PAL team probably just said "f*ck it" and didn't make changes to the song wheel for that game.

little fun trivia about the ultramix/universe series
ultramix4 and universe 1 were most likely developed around the same time
this conclusion was reached taking in consideration that the former contains song ID masterlist files for the latter (and vice-versa)
most ssq files for both games also list ratings for beginner and challenge charts in their metadata, though they are not displayed
APPEND 31/1/21
the ultramix/universe series is also very inconsistent regarding beginner charts
ultramix1 and 2 simply don't "have" them in the ssq data
in ultramix3 most songs do have proper beginner charts but not all - this applies to all following games

I just realized that while DDR USA (AC) is based on 3rdMIX's interface, it uses the 4thMIX scoring system...

It's been a long time since I've played on one, but I'm pretty sure you have A and AA if you break combo, while S and SS are if you don't break combo, and SSS is AAA.ポスト #2420 · 2021-03-12 11:12:11pmにポスト 3.5年前
I was today years old when I found out the song Midnite Blaze has, of all things, a creepypasta attached to it:

The only DDR creepypasta I know of
