As pointed out by MIEYA'S ANOTHER LEEF, ge-sen.com reports a August 5th release for jubeat ripples.

jubeat Asian Championship page has now been published. Location matches will take place in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore.

A jubeat championship contest is to take place in Hong Kong. On July 16th, July 25th and August 14th for the location match, semi-finals and finals respectively. Thanks antony for the picture and heads up.

Some details published on am-net. jubeat ripples will be released sometime in August 2009 with a new machine costing ¥980,000 (~$10,000/£6,900) and a conversion kit at ¥248,000 (~$2,500/£1,750).
