Dancing Stage SuperNOVA2 & Dancing Stage UNIVERSE2 information has been published with screenshots of both posted in the german blog. The SuperNOVA2 screenshots are EXACTLY the same as the initial SuperNOVA2 screenshots we got in E3 2007. Implying Europe are getting more or less the same game as North America. Dancing Stage UNIVERSE2 has been announced for the first time, and is due November 2008. (Thanks Schmichel from vierpfeile.de for the heads up!)

According to this post in the FROM DDR STAFF blog, the machine is on it's way to the location test! Just a reminder, the location test starts 9am JST, 1am BST, 7pm EST, 3pm PT.

E3 Summary: 70+ new songs, street master mode, revived licenses such as BUTTERFLY and DUB-I-DUB and extended difficulty scale to 13.

There have been some speculation around the Internet about the next DDR for the arcade, so I have contacted the distributor for Dancing Stage within the EU and they said that a new game, name to be confirmed, is indeed in the works and is due for release either late 2008 or early 2009. They have also mentioned that tests will occur in the following months but no idea where yet. They have also said that this release will be a "nice release", seeing as this year is DDR's tenth anniversary.

We can only speculate if this will mean location tests in Japan will also occur at around the same time. Keep your eyes on the KONAMI Japan arcade page! And European players, please keep a constant lookout in your local arcades the following months for unannounced location tests and keep us updated.

PARANOiA (HADES) can be played on EXTRA STAGE.
