Located on the 4th Floor, on the front side of the mall near the food court of Central Chiang Mai (Also known as Central Festival Chiangmai, or what Chiang Mai people called it "เซ็นเฟส").

As of August 6th 2025, The arcade has now been re-opened after going through a 2-month long renovation and relocated to the right of where it used to be (now right next to the DAISO shop).

This arcade utilizes Betasolve card system available at the vending machine or counter. You can Top-up credits via Cash (No credits minimum.) or Thai QR Payment (aka PromptPay , credits 50 Bahts are minimum). The card is compatible with other Hahama chain that uses card system with the same infrastructure.

The credits are not refundable and can't used in other system. (such as Betasolve card system can't be used Wahalp card system or Token) If you don't plan to use the another please Top-up credits as you need.

Important: Before the card system changed on August 6th, 2025. (Before arcade renovation), this arcade utilizes Wahalp card system. Now this branch uses the Betasolve card system. If you have Wahalp VIP card before, you can either use it in Hahama chains that still use Wahalp or upgrade the card to use the Betasolve system as you cannot use Wahalp cards on Betasolve systems.
