The Westfield Galleria Mall (RVM) location is on the bottom floor of the mall next to the east parking garage. They offer 4 pool tables, 8 bowling lanes, and two party sized karaoke rooms. Facing the mall, the crane games and restaurant seating are in the center, while shooting games are on the right and music games as well as racing games are on the left. Redemption games are scattered all over the arcade. Restrooms and bowling are in the back right corner.Arcade Pricing: Requires game cards that have a white stripe near the bottom to play (Intercard system). Red cards are $2 each, while club cards are $5 per year. Prices start at $1 for four credits, but you get extra credits when you spend more in one purchase and/or depending on your club card tier.
History: RVM had its grand opening on August 6th, 2022, with Round1 giving away custom t-shirts to the first 300 visitors.

2 years agoScootScootWent there a few weeks ago. It is a really nice arcade to come to, especially if you're a fan of music games. Definitely fills the void that was left by the Rocklin Strikes gutting their bemani section after the COVID shutdown (used to have NeonFM, CrossBeat, JuBeat, PIU, DDR, Pop'N Music, Museca, and Sound Voltex, and it got reduced to just DDR).
Nice to play GitaDora again after the Roseville Golfland Sunsplash got rid of theirs many years ago (that was my favorite machine!). Gotta rebuild that muscle memory, though! Very fun. Definitely recommend purchasing your own sticks.
Played PIU and it froze on my third song. Music stopped playing, inputs on the arrow pads didn't work, pressing the buttons on the cab didn't work, and screen went black.
Dance aRound was very fun, had never seen it before, though I think DanceRush would have been the better way to go. I prefer the freestyle nature of DanceRush, versus Dance aRound where you have to mimic specific moves to score points (that said, the motion capture is pretty generous).
They have several high-power fans set up around DDR, PIU, and Dance aRound so it's nice to know that the arcade is aware of how physical these games are.
Definitely agree with BagelBug; would have loved a Pop'n. I would have also liked a Museca or NeonFM.

3 years agoSucitrafOnly 1 DDR machine (white cab), 1 pump it up. 2 dance around and a few other rhythm games. Hoping to they'd have a Gold 20th Anniversary Can for DDR, but no lick.
