Information
Arcade is on the 4th floor of Circle Centre Mall, right above the food court. It is across from Brown Mackie College and north of the United Artists movie theater.Uses a card system. The credit/dollar ratio is different depending on how much money you put on the card.
For token games, 8 credits gets you 12 tokens.
Tuesday is $10 Tuesdays: $10 for unlimited games all day.
Thursday is half price games all day.

14 years agoErureidoWait, Supernova 2 is perfect? The last time I was there, I wouldn't say it was that Perfect. The 2P Bar was very flimsy, and just kept rocking back and forth, thereby making it the 2P not worth dancing on. Did they fix that?

14 years agohookyI play up to 12s. I won't usually play Basic, and you'll never catch me playing on Beginner, unless someone leaves the game while attempting HOW TO PLAY.
Also, this location now has a Beatmania 5th Mix, although it's not functional yet.

14 years agoDaizThey must have recently serviced the machine since I played because I played several songs I can normally SDG and even when I stepped consistently I kept getting random greats. Where as on the SuperNOVA 2 I was doing excellent. Do you guys play on Expert/Challenge exclusively?
14 years agoyindesuI completely disagree with Daiz - If you're talking about the feel of the pads, then you have a point, but as for scoring, I nearly PFC'd several songs on DDRX, maintaining perfect combos of over 150 steps at a time, even on Doubles. The only real issue with the DDRX (besides HD lag, which I got used to immediately) is that the P1 right arrow likes dropping your freeze arrow if you aren't using the entire bottom of your shoe to cover as much area as possible.
14 years agoDaizThe X pads were terrible. Songs are passable but any sort of scoring is out of the questions. The DDR USA is sub par. Supernova 2 has a flaky player 1 down arrow, otherwise good condition.
