so unfortunately i think this ITG2 is now being left to rot, the right arrow on both sides seems to have a completely dead sensor towards the middle metal panel and i’ve brought up to the tech who is a filipino guy with glasses to fix it and he did say he was going to fix it but that he could at the moment, a month passed and unfortunately the right arrow still is not working at all, I have no idea what happened to the cabinet that caused the spotlights to go out and the right panel to stop working since like 2 months ago in september it was working fine, maybe a IO board error who knows? but not to mention the problem it had with the P2 on the down arrow also activating left, i don’t know if the tech will ever bother to actually fix the pads, especially on the SN2 but it seems like he just does not care much, makes me feeling like wanting to buy the cabinets myself and have them in good hands, who knows maybe one day it’ll finally be fixed or if a ITG fan gets hired there to be able to fix it up but in the meanwhile it just doesn’t seem like there’s much hope for it. 2 months agoDarsh1nHero

unfortunately it may be dead, it was not booting on and when i asked the employee he turned it off and then on and it just wouldn’t boot so he gave me a free credit for the supernova machine, that machine still works like absolute dog feces but unfortunately the ITG2 dedicab may be officially dead as of 10/16/2025. 4 years agoafourdable

Besides, even if there are newer packs, it's not like everyone has easy access to them, especially here in the East Coast (I recently moved back to NY). In fact, there's only one good ITG machine left in the entire state of NY (it still hasn't been hacked, despite being where it is for over 6 years), which really scares me, considering NY's dense population (at least in the southern tip of NY). 12 years agoSM MaxX

Hopefully they did. BTW, I just went to Namco Timeout in The Orleans Casino today. P2 is in great condition (down arrow may be a bit of a problem on 11s and up). P1 on the other hand, is worse. Right arrow needs to be stomped on with more force than all of the other panels. I found out the hard way while playing Doubles. Barely passed Lipstick Kiss DX 9. Of course, all of the customs are still on it. But, what bothers me is how the timer is still on. Half of the time, I was forced to choose something at the last second. Granted, one of those songs was Shoes (from that YouTube video). By the time the cursing started, I simply gave up (there were lots of children & parents in the arcade at the time, and I didn't want to attract any negative attention). I felt so humiliated from playing it. Another thing that bothers me is how they have over 1,000 simfiles on that machine, yet they don't have ITG 3, Rebirth, Rebirth 2, or any of the MGD packs. I was hoping that those songpacks were on the machine, considering the people who've played on it over the years. I wonder if they still go there... 12 years agoPandemonium X

SuperNova has color issues but the pads are good. ITG 2 locked up on me when I try to play on player 2, but it might of been a fluke. Both machine were low on sound too >_>. Not the worst machines I've played on but far from the best.
