Information
An arcade location located in a shopping district in the city. The ratio between redemption and non-redemption games is around 60:40. There is a couple of strength games, and they might be very noticeable.One can park his/her car in a nearby parking garage for about €2,00/hr up to a max of €15,10/day. A lot of children and teenagers at peak times (~16.00-18.00). Public transport is fine, about 5 min. walk.
A very loud arcade location. All games requires a store card, which can be purchased for €1.50. Queues are at times very long.
Regulars spending a predetermined amount of funds may receive a special card and are egible for 10% off of all games.
Gamebox will be transitioning to Gamestate from January 2026 onwards. Existing Gamebox cards will be converted 1 credit per Euro.
Home of the first Dutch StepManiaX players. Most of us are in on Thursday.

8 months agoThumbsyHad no noticeable problems playing on the SMX last week, so changed its condition back to Perfect

3 years agoThumbsyNew SMX production cab pending shipment though, so it will be back in the future! Just no clear ETA at the moment.

4 years agoThumbsyDid a little further updating. I will doublecheck next time I visit because I feel I might have missed some things (and perhaps accidentally removed a game from the list that was actually still there)

7 years agoCnZStuck arrows are getting worse, I hear there are new sensors coming; obviously not installed. Personally, I am getting a bit obnoxious playing there without proper working arrows.
