@Bananapajama27, it's a high possibility since last April 1 2022, SEGA has revoked Malaysia and Philippine's Splash Keychips to connect to the SEGA Network. Every machine would be offline until they buy the UNIVERSE Keychip. Now Malaysia almost upgraded every one of their splash cabinets to UNIVERSE and by the looks of it, It seems that the Philippine's SPLASH cabinets are also starting to slowly upgrade to UNIVERSE! 3 years agoBananapajama27
