Arcade on the OCNJ boardwalk located directly next to the Surf Mall and a block away from Playland's Castaway Cove. Housed in a distinctively shaped building that formerly held a carousel, this place is filled with classic Jersey shore staples such as Skeeball, claw machines, air hockey, and pinball. Until early 2024, this spot was home to a DDR X cabinet, but as of April 2024 it has since been removed and its whereabouts are unknown.All games accept either cash or game cards. It is highly recommended to purchase game cards as you will typically get bonus credits on your card and at some points throughout the year may effectively double your value.

4 years agoPoweredUp MikeAnother thing to note about the DDR X machine is the 2P side feels very uneven / wobbly with the 1P side.

The DDR X machine is still here, all unlock codes. However, the machine is best for light and casual play only. The pads work, but the 1P Left arrow sticks, and the 2P side sticks on the right and up panels. (That I noticed). Playing on easier difficulties makes this less of a problem. In other words, not returning to the center has the panels hold down.
Stepmaniax works great, but is expensive. Still $2 for 2 songs.
