This location and the Oakville location accept Dave & Buster's Canada game cards and gift cards.

Dance Dance Revolution A20 Plus works well! This is the second official DDR A20 location in Canada, installed on November 9, 2019, according to Kelvin. The game was updated to DDR A20 Plus on July 6, 2020. The marquee still reads Dance Dance Revolution A.

Double Premium is no longer available, so a Double or Versus game costs two credits, while Single costs one credit. Joint Premium was never used. Online events remain available.

As of July 2025, Dave & Buster's reload prices, along with the regular DDR price, are:
• $25 for 100 chips ($28.25 tax in, or $2.83/DDR)
• $35 for 165 chips ($39.55 tax in, or $2.40/DDR)
• $45 for 225 chips ($50.85 tax in, or $2.26/DDR)
• $60 for 320 chips ($67.80 tax in, or $2.12/DDR)
• $70 for 400 chips ($79.10 tax in, or $1.98/DDR)
• $85 for 550 chips ($96.05 tax in, or $1.75/DDR)
• $115 for 780 chips ($129.95 tax in, or $1.67/DDR)
• $180 for 1,280 chips ($203.4 tax in, or $1.59/DDR)

Supercharge is an add-on when reloading a card with $45 or more. The Supercharge portion consists of:
• $6 with a $45 card, for 35 extra chips ($6.78 tax in, or $1.94/DDR)
• $7 with a $60 card, for 55 extra chips ($7.91 tax in, or $1.44/DDR)
• $8 with a $70 card, for 70 extra chips ($9.04 tax in, or $1.30/DDR)
• $10 with a $85 card, for 80 extra chips ($11.30 tax in, or $1.42/DDR)
• $12 with a $115 card, for 125 extra chips ($13.56 tax in, or $1.09/DDR)
• $28 with a $180 package, for 220 extra chips ($31.64 tax in, or $1.44/DDR)

Note that the $180 package is on four wristbands, which are loaded with 320 credits each. There is also a fee of $3.39 after tax for a new card, which includes a few bonus chips. A generic e-Amusement Pass costs $11.30 after tax from the Dave & Buster's counter.
