ALL machines are in very good, if not excellent, shape. None of them ever broke, and the staff there are really nice, and if you lose your card, you can register it to redeem all the money and tickets that were stored on it (Must be registered before lost).Having a VIP card also gives a 15% discount on arcade games and more.
