I attempted to input the unlock codes on this machine and they would not register. Based on what others have said I believe this machine suffers from the same issue of a faulty I/O board. 13 years agomach1920

Be careful if you are playing on the left side... It was change your speed mods just by stepping on the pad...Sometimes in the middle of the song. 13 years agomach1920
This machine is great! The pads work much better than those at NASCAR Speedpark, and it is easier to hear, at least when I was there this week. Make sure you play this machine if you ever go to the park! 14 years agoBlinded_No_More
I played it today! It was near perfect. Excellent detection, widescreen monitor, the works. Only problem is, the machine's medium volume was a little bit drowned out by the other games in the arcade. Still I can't recommend this place enough. 14 years agoTyTigeriku
I went back yesterday, and it didn't seem any of my scores were on it. I believe they don't have it tracking scores.

Went to DW today. Played four sets. I can verify that the machine is in fact crazy awesome and brand new (I did not play a song that had a record on it for expert yet). Very few unlocks, so no code has been entered. And yes, sadly, it was quiet and on a few songs I couldn't even distinguish a rhythm for the first 30 seconds.

Kind of completely sucks that a machine like this is teasing everyone in the back corner of a theme park with an above average admission cost, but it is what it is. 14 years agoDaiz

Also, X2 is not the only new game there. They have both of the new F&F driving games, a brand new racer called "Dead Heat", and quite a few others I can't remember off the top of my head. They have all these new machines because Dollywood themselves are running the arcade now, whereas it was originally ran by a second-party, someone who worked for them but still owned the arcade. He stopped running it and took the games with him, if I heard correctly, so Dollywood took it over. 14 years agoTyTigeriku
That's what we did. Although, to be fair, this was before we reached the TN Tornado, and we were going to get them regardless.

I can remember when the dance machine here was "Rhythm and Dance", a Korean 4-panel. When they got rid of that, they had said they were going to replace it. It took a couple years, but this was very well worth the wait!
