9 years agoveroAs of 06/03/2016 the PIU machine's volume is so low that the game is unplayable unless the place is dead. I have told the staff and management this multiple times but they keep brushing it off. The problems lies in the fact that only the techs have keys to the machines are they are often only there during morning hours during the weekdays. If anybody can get in contact with a tech personally and tell them this issue should get fixed quickly. I am unable to do so because I work full time during the week.
