Found the problem why the .SM file appears like that. Since the simfile uses Split BPM, it means only the .SSC file is saved and not the actual .SM file. So, if you use SM 5, it won't be a problem as it reads the .SSC file, but using previous versions may only read the .SM file and that's why you're only getting one chart.
