This is my first complete simfile in quite a while, since August of last year I think, and I think I wound up trashing that one cause it was boring. I normally hate throwing away finished simfiles cause then it feels like I did all that work for nothing, but when it's bad, you gotta let it go. Doesn't matter, point is it feels good to actually finish a file for once and not add yet another one to the evergrowing WIP folder.
On to the actual simfile, I'm pretty pleased with the way the lower difficulties came out, was definitely not what I expected them to look like at first. If comes off as hard for the sake of being hard, well, it is in some aspects. It's a combination of ideas I had originally for the that I was going to scrap, but then I figured "eh, let's see what this'll look like if I do th-oh that's rough".
Best of luck to everyone else, look forward to playing through the other files.

I'm submitting what turns out to be a Vocaloid song to this. I'm not sure how this specific song will cross with stepcharting, but because it's a song I like, I'm sure I'll definitely finish this one and it won't end up like Sylvian's Fairy Dance/Into The Sunlight (those songs just sounded bland somehow) in ZIV Simfile Shuffle 2014.

I got a lot to say about this one. Honestly was stuck between doing this or Dark Fall. I've been on a Eagle kick as of late so I thought why not? Also thought I could do some creative stuff with the doubles chart. I honestly think this is my first doubles chart in over a year.
Anyway I love how this one turned out and I think it should get me a pretty good seed this time around. Something I've not really had looking back the last few years. Another thing I'm testing out on this one is 16/9 backgrounds that I might start using if the response on this is good. Anyway I'll let the simfile do the rest of the talking.

It took FOREVER to decide which file to submit for the qualifier round, but I have finally made my decision.
What's funny about this file is that it's just been sitting in my folder done for a long time now. I started it around the end of this past Summer Contest and I just never really released it separately. Perhaps I was subconsciously saving it for this? I dunno, but here it is. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did making it!

I'd love to participate to this but I think I've got to give up. Basically all the songs I'm trying to step are lame or simply won't be so good as I hoped to because of the fact I lack of a playlist with good steppable songs. If I even manage to get over this I'd have to deal with this again so yeah, I forfeit. It is such a shame but it would be a big struggle for me
