I would probably have made an effort if there was a legit DDR tourney, but it sounds kinda sketchy.

so how is this going to work? am I going to need to put money into the machine? because I'm not sure if I can break down 60$ into 1$'s

Break it down to quarters, we do have change but the machine only accepts quarters so yeah.

I should be there around 9/10am to help set-up the machine, from then on I'll either be there or around the convention floor.

Still working things down right now. Did a big day this past weekend at Geek Easy, where DDR 2013 is now set for $1 per FOUR songs. Now if only they'd add doubles premium...

Got PFC #7 this past weekend with Tsukematsukeru Heavy. It's my first PFC on DDR 2013.

I was kinda hoping it would be South Heavy, but whatever.

I'll be in Florida for 3-4 weeks in December. Is there any ITG in the Daytona/Orlando area?

None of the places in Orlando and Daytona listed on this site have ITG but a lot of them have DDR. If you're itching to play something other than Extreme for once there's a bunch of Supernova and Supernova 2 machines

The only spots I've been to recently with itg are Bird Bowl and Arcade Odyssey (but they magically have it as Extreme as of late because I don't know. I guess they rotate styles and I end up getting into the arcade when Extreme is on. Some luck). Bird Bowl isn't epic either, so the trip from Orlando to Miami for itg2 is something I wouldn't suggest, and I love r21.

Orlando has some X2 and an Extreme cab(?) that runs a more recent DDR style. If Orlando somehow got r21 somewhere, then I wish I would have known about it.

I didn't bother mentioning some locations with itg2 because chances are the location is either no longer there (proof of purchase: if a place had been "updated" with information and it says 2 years ago, then it is more than likely not like that anymore), the cab sucks, or the game is now an Extreme or a Harley Davidson game (rip iidx empress).

There's a DDR SuperNOVA 2 cabinet at a bowling alley called The Alley at big bend road I have played the machine there a lot when i went there and so far it's awesome but when i went to ron jon hotel back then there was a pump it up machine there

@Kenny Do you live in the area around The Alley?

i live like 40 minutes from there the last time i went there was 2012 on my birthday and my grandparents live closer to the place

I have a friend (or well, used to) that, from what he told me, sort of works at the place because his dad is the manager, so he told me about this bowling alley that had SN2 in it outside of other bowling alleys in the area which either had just Pump It Up or no dance game at all. This is probably the place

Can't say for certain how the pads are though, I've never visited this place yet so...

Damn, I need to update the Tampa listing, there are probably a ton of places that got rid of their DDR machines and/or have upgraded in some fashion/closed down.

And the crown jewel of my play thus far: FC AA on Xepher Heavy, my hardest FC yet.

Yes, it was the machine that was in Geek Easy. They moved it because playing there isn't very convenient.
