I'm certain that VALLIS-NERIA is the counterpart to JOMANDA in the same way SEED is to FLOWER.

VALLIS-NERIA has a bright white jacket in contrast to JOMANDA's dark jacket, it's unlocking on REFLEC BEAT some time after the APPEND event, etc.

Yeah, IIDX got just one good song IMO while REFLEC BEAT got mostly great songs

sadly that doesn't seem to be a lineout, and appears to be a good recording.
Gotta say though, the song is amazing and is one of my favorite YOSHITAKA songs.
