@ PanStyle: So far it's battle music, I love battle music from the FF series. If you would like to recommend something I'll be more than happy to try to dig it up for you.

Hey Aegis, I was looking back at the older posts, and I noticed something.



Forget the answer I gave you earlier. I don't know the names of any Ninja Gaiden 2 stages, just a few of the NG1 stages.

As for song titles, I was thinking having the name of the game then stage. Example: "The Legend of Zelda: Overworld".

I have Megaman II Intro and Ninja Gaiden II 2-2 done, but I don't like the sims...they seem...I don't know. They didn't come out like I wanted them to come out. :/

I don't really know very olf ff music like this (i'm more a fan of the 6 for exemple).
But matoya's cave from FF1 is sweet. But maybe too slow for become a nice song to play with feets.

I guess you should do want you want i should listen again battle and boss battle from FF1/2/3, i guess there is some good stuff too.

And i have a question about sync issue : what are you using for have a good sync ? (except your ears + assit tick).
Usually i lost a LOT of time with this.
EDIT : And the music has a too low volume, i incresed it but it's not very high (the problem is some part could saturate if i incresed this more).

Fixed some stuff in Gyruss L1.
Trying to correct some bpm issues on them that are hell. >_> But for now, they seem legit.

They didn't follow anything.
The bg and banner also looked uncool.
I think we should consider having other people help us in that area of banner/bg gfx making.

I liked Pandy's kirby sim.
The ending freeze arrow though should just be a note and nothing more.

and it would help to give HELPFUL comments about other simfiles. make them the best they can be. Also keep in mind that if someone says something about another simfile, it's an opinion.

Preliminary Nightmare Wizard chart (S-Oni 9) is up. I've got it there for feedback...keep in mind it's designed for pad...but please let me know what you guys think.

It could be I was just motivated, but I have a preliminary of Flash Man done already (checking it on pad for awkward stepping now). Then again I did work non-stop after getting the green light, so that could also have something to do with it (yay for no life).

First quick review : i tested some random files (5).
5 of them, has double stepping/brute force (like End of the century for exemple) what ever you call that :s (and it wasn't keyboard chart).

It's a pad pack no ? If yes, i'm scared

Feedback time! I just tried out some of the charts on Stepmania.


Rainbow Resort feels really good. Definitely suited for the 8. I'll try the doubles chart later.
Crashboy Intro was pretty fun.
I skipped Tetris entirely, because I hate Tetris. (sorry, Aegis!)
Gyruss Stage 1's 11-footer is awesome.
Donkey Kong - Hammer Time: it goes on FOREVER...ergh. I feel like there's no rhyme or reason to it...
Battle (both): awkward. I feel a little AFRONOVA repeat-the-same-sequence-of-steps-over-and-over going on. Plus those stops in Battle 1 really shouldn't be there.
SDB: I failed both these charts, so I dunno how they are
