Robert Bowling (fourzerotwo) resigns from Infinity Ward/Activision on Twitter
Even if this would be true, I still don't give a shit about Activision whatsoever, even with Prototype II and a HD makeover of Tony Hawk around the corner.

You seem to give enough of a shit to pay attention to the games they're putting out.

I don't . I've just heard of them from sources like G4 and Game Informer and nothing else.

Honestly I don't really care what happens to Activision: they cancelled Guitar Hero so I don't really care about their other games anymore.
Also, this is my 573rd post

Holy shit.
Playing Warriors Orochi 3.
When you meet Ryu Hayabusa for the first time, they play an updated version of Bazlisk Mine Field for the rest of the mission.
I am nerdgasming so friggin' hard right now.

So my friend finished Mass Effect 3 and when I asked him what he thought of the ending, he cringed. I also told him where I stood in the game and told me I am already about three quarters of the way through the game. I never realized how short this game is. I haven't finished the game yet and already I feel slightly disappointed.
On a similar note, my friend found an exploit in the Mass Effect 3 multiplayer. If you get to round 10 (completing the objective, but not the wave) on bronze, die, then start the game up on a higher difficulty followed by the host quitting then rejoining, you will skip all the way to wave 10 on the higher difficulty and be able to get the credits for that wave objective.
Now on a completely different note, IIDX stuff is getting so expensive now :< The only IIDX controller I found on eBay was 188 bucks. For that price I could pay an extra 11 bucks and get a DJ Dao. I think I've concluded I am going to see if the only other person that plays IIDX in my school might be willing to sell me a game and/or a controller.

I recently got an email (on the Inbox, not the Spam folder) from something says they're Viacom and looks like a legit ad for Deadliest Warrior: Ancient Combat. Unfortunately because I have WOT on Chrome, all of the links are a red donut. I inspected the site link in the WOT comments and they all say "Spam, unsubscribing will make things worse".
http://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/tracking.strongmail.west.mtvi.com?src=addon-popup-donuts
In short, be careful on Viacom emails as they either could either be spamming email addresses without any consent or knowledge or they claim to be Viacom and are bots.
-----
EDIT - Well, might as well set this up.

http://kotaku.com/5897653/bioware-gives-all-400-protest-cupcakes-to-charity
After being unavoidably subject to the ongoing drama of the single biggest collective butthurt in video game history, I'm glad that Bioware isn't rising to the shit and standing firm in some way about it. They not only sidestepped an organized guilt trip, they turned it into something far more useful (food for runaways). Yet the responses on the Mass Effect forums... I can't accept that anyone posting is over the age of 12. I just can't.
Right after Mass Effect first came out I played through a couple hours of it on a friend's Xbox. I liked it, but wasn't able to continue playing and moved. Two weeks ago I started over playing Mass Effect with the intent to finish the entire series. I'm 20 hours into Mass Effect 2 now and the games are even better than I thought. I will be playing through Mass Effect 3 in a co-op game with a friend who's a huge fan of the series and I seriously doubt I'll be disappointed by the ending given the very few details I've allowed myself to find out.
But if I am, it's just a game.

As a result, instead of eating them all up, BioWare donated all 400 cupcakes to a local youth shelter. Where, presumably, after picking their colours and finishing their last bite, the kids were left wondering whether their choice had really been that important, and if somebody could please come in an explain what the hell just happened.
