Let me tell you about my day.

-Wake up with a bad hangover from drinking the night before.
-Try to fill out a job application online for an hour before my internet goes out at the last step.
-Website I frequently go to accidentally loses the last 6 months of my data and then has the balls to tell me if I supported the site (paying them money) that things like that won't happen (How about give me something worth investing).
-Gets invited to a party but only me and one other person show up. Ends up being a total dud.
-Someone I was somewhat interested in told me not to talk to her again. I'm use to it at this damn point.
-Grades come in, good but got a C+ 79.96%, in a class where I needed 80%. (The hell is this IIDX?)
-Gets something to eat at McDonald's, ends up taking them 45 mins.
-Gets pulled over on the way home and finds that my insurance card is pass due.
-Gets home with my roommate pissed off because the one damn time I don't check the mailbox, he gets a $200 bill that's now pass due and it's my fault.

Two of the twelve songs on Muse's new album "Drones" are less than a minute long, and the song The Globalist is ten minutes long. What the hell that is going to go like, I have no idea.

For the record, Dead Inside, Psycho and Mercy are all fucking brilliant, and while I've only heard a live version of Reapers, that sounds really good too.

I wasn't too fond of The 2nd Law, even if it gave me one of my favourite songs of all-time in Animals. Drones feels a bit like a cross between Origin of Symmetry and Absolution with the four songs we've heard, especially Mercy.

I REALLY liked Survival, but I think I'm in the minority for that one.

I'm not spoiling myself until Drones comes out, so I've not heard anything yet. Also I have a new Mylène Farmer album to get excited about as well. And Franz Ferdinand are releasing something this year as part of a supergroup with Sparks (of This Town Ain't Big Enough For The Both Of Us fame). Presumably because they could call themselves FFS.

Nah, man, I really liked Survival too, it's just that Animals was fucking impeccable to me. Of course, Madness and Panic Station were also pretty good, but the rest of it fell flat, especially Follow Me, because, as you said, Muse + Dubstep = My whole life was a lie.
