Dance Dance Revolution: The Musical

Riffing on fizzy dance musicals like Flashdance and death sport movies such as Rollerball, the show is set in an Orwellian society where dance is illegal. A group of local street toughs harbor no hope of overthrowing the fascistic no -- fun government -- until a mysterious dance prophet named Moonbeam Funk arrives.

Inspired by the wildly popular video game of the same name, Dance Dance Revolution is like Footloose set in the future -- but much scarier, and with 40 really attractive, barely-clothed young actors as well as free beer!

Les Freres Corbusier's prior works include the OBIE Award-winning A Very Merry Unauthorized Children's Scientology Pageant, Boozy, Hell House, and Heddatron. Timbers serves as artistic director and has directed all of the company's shows.

DDR: The Musical: The Drinking Game
- Whenever a DDR song plays, take a shot.
-- If it's a Naoki, BeForU, or Terra song, take two.
-- If they are dancing to said song, take another.
-- If the song is a OM/ES, take two more.

- Whenever a character appears with a better name than Moonbeam Funk, take a shot.
- Whenever a character design looks like a DDR or IIDX character design, take a shot.
- Whenever a character design looks like a pop'n music character design, take two shots.

- If one of the props is a DDR machine, take a shot.
-- If it is fully functional, take another shot.
-- If it is 4thMIX PLUS, take another shot.
