It ranks like this for the current BEMANI:
DDR > REFLEC BEAT > pop'n music > SDVX > IIDX > jubeat > DanceEvo > GITADORA
DDR > REFLEC BEAT > pop'n music > SDVX > IIDX > jubeat > DanceEvo > GITADORA

DDR, jubeat, and Reflec beat in no particular order.
IIDX, Pop N' Music, Dance Maniax, DanceEvo, and Sound Voltex reserved until I can legitimately play them to an extent. GITADORA (iOS app) is alright, AC is probably more fun but won't know until I can take a shot at it someday...

1. jubeat
2. DDR
3. IIDX
4. GITADORA
5. Sound Voltex
6. DanceEvolution
Reflec Beat and pop'n music are tied for the bottom since I never really invested enough time into those games (there is no colette or Sunny Park anywhere in Singapore). And ミライダガッキ hasn't expanded outside Japan yet.

1. REFLEC BEAT
2. DDR
3. beatmania series
4. jubeat
5. GFDM/GITADORA
6. DanceManiax
As for the rest of the BEMANI games, I cannot say because I haven't played them. Pop'n music is #1 on my wishlist, though.

I would say DDR, Pop'n, or IIDX would be on top for me. I want to play SDVX so badly that game looks like a blast.

For me it would be DDR, jubeat, REFLEC BEAT, and drummania.

It's definitely Dance Dance Revolution and beatmania/beatmania IIDX for me. Those games are perfect examples of what rhythm games should be, in my opinion.
I wouldn't mind trying out pop'n music, KEYBOARDMANIA, or MAMBO A GOGO. Those look like they are great fun.
Most other BEMANI titles, though, just don't do anything for me.

IIDX, DDR, GITADORA, REFLEC BEAT, jubeat, pop'n music, SOUND VOLTEX, and everything else from most favorite to "I never really got the time to explore more into the gameplay" rank. I don't have a least favorite one though, as I would really love to play all Bemani games.

Besides DDR, I would probably have to say Reflec Beat and Jubeat. (Probably because those actually have somewhat of releases over here in the states without having to search every nook and cranny to find.)

The era when AI had Mambo a GoGo and Martial Beat was so amazing.

For me to most played to least played.
1. Reflec Beat (I really had fun with this because of the unique gameplay and random objects every time you play a specific song. The only thing I don't like on this is the level 10+s Konami's been releasing for colette as it give me headaches unlike the boss songs for limelight and below.)
2. jubeat (after playing the arcade machine because IMO, AC version is much easier than iPad, it made me to play this more on iPad. This is pretty much DDR for fingers.)
3. DDR (This is still special to me since this is the first BEMANI game I've ever played but since it's likely that we'll be stuck on DDR X3 forever, that's why it fell on my list unless we get e-amusement with DDR 2013. As a fat man getting PFCs, I'm very proud of my acheivements in it.)
4. beatmania IIDX (This game really had the best Konami originals when I started but now I think Reflec Beat gets that compliment. I seem to get stuck on level 8 and I haven't even passed a level 9.)
5. drummania (I always thought that drums and guitar are very mainstream musical instruments and the rock genre of music is too mainstream and a music game only offering rock songs is bad for my taste. But hey, I like drum as a musical instrument and I also like some songs on this series)
The Bemani games that I have the least or no interest of focusing my gameplay.
1. Guitarfreaks (because I really suck at real life guitars and it almost costed me to fail my music subject as playing guitar is my final exam during school way back)
2. pop'n music (I'm too tall to play this game that I need to bend my knees to play and my hands/palms hurt for days after playing it but I do listen to the OST it provides.)
