| Comments | Semesta Bertasbih - Opick (BPM: 55-110) SP: 1/3/4/6/7/9 When the ZIv Winter Classic appeared, I didn't know what I wanted to make a simfile out of. That was until I saw Telperion's entry; then I decided to get this idea going, which had been in the back of my head for some time. It's somewhat off-track but it works. I once thought of doing this song, but felt it was overly weird to do, so I left it. But because it just so happens that the Islamic New Year falls on December 7 this year, now I find it appropriate for the occasion. If I'm not mistaken, the title means "The Universe Is Blessed by God". How poetic  Oh, and the artist happens to be a popular Indonesian Islamic singer.Music starts out at half BPM for a few measures before hitting 110. This very different song requires a slight change in the way I make the charts. Beginner remains a simple chart. Basic and Difficult feature only 4ths and should be doable by even novice players. Expert and Challenge are medium-difficulty charts with 12ths infused. I have shoved my customary 9 to Edit; there you'll find a smattering of 12ths in different rhythms. Watch for jumps and freezes as well. Enjoy! |
