Changing controls on Infinitas :)

How do I change the controls in Beatmania IIDX Infinitas (on both the full game and the trial please)

Trial has no control configuration, as it's just an autoplay. It's really only meant as a test to see if your computer can run the game.

Full game has the control configuration as one of the options panels.
